Methodist Conference this year will be held at the Spa in Scarborough.
The Ministerial Session will be 3rd and 4th July
The main conference will be Sat 5th July to Thurs 10th July
The biggest event will be Sat 5th where lots of stewards will be
needed.
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS to act as Stewards at the Spa, offer transport,
help in a creche (when one is needed esp Sunday) and help on the
information desk as
required. Local knowledge would be a help but not essential.
WE DESPARATELY NEED LOCAL VOLUNTEERS WHO GET UP EARLY!!
The Order Papers and Agendas will be delivered to the Spa each
morning
at 7.30, and we need a team of "collators" who can work to collate
all
the paperwork into packs and get it out to the relevant seats by the
start of business each day. It is thought you would be free by lunch
time.
